Return Policy
At Bergdorf Goodman, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:
- Returns and exchanges will be gladly accepted at Bergdorf Goodman within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of CHANEL handbags, accessories, apparel and shoes which are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt and exchange within 30 days.
- All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and in sellable condition with original tags and original product packaging.
- Altered, special order, perishable, personalized and "final sale" items cannot be returned.
- Price adjustments may be made within 10 days of the purchase date for regular price merchandise.
- Bergdorf Goodman reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Holiday Returns: Purchases made 11/15/2024-12/15/2024, will have extended return policy until 1/15/2025. All other terms and conditions of our Return Policy remain in effect.

Returning By Mail
Click here to start your return using the order number. Eligible merchandise may be returned FREE if received within 15 days of the delivery date; above exclusions apply.
A return fee of $9.95 will apply for clearance items and items returned after 15 days of delivery.

Ship eligible store purchases prepaid and insured to the store in which it was purchased and include a copy of the receipt so your credit can be easily processed.
Gift Returns By Mail
Click here to start your gift return using the order number. A Neiman Marcus Group Merchandise Credit Gift Card will be issued to the recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for store, online, and catalog purchases from Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Horchow, and Last Call. For gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check instead of a gift card in compliance with federal law.
Bergdorf Goodman store purchases may be returned by mail to the store in which they were purchased.
Returning In Store

Eligible items may be returned to a Bergdorf Goodman store for credit within 30 days of the delivery date. Other Items
Due to air transportation restrictions and regulations, certain items considered hazardous materials are restricted to ground-only transport. These include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray containers, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.).

Affected Product: Frosted Crunch Trail Mix
Information:Based on a recall by The Quaker Oats Company of certain of its granola and cereal products, which are used as an ingredient in the product referenced above manufactured for us by a third-party supplier, that third-party supplier, Red Rocker Candy, has recalled this product.
The product is identified with the following number: 401222657759. All such Frosted Crunch Trail Mix products that were sold between 10/13/23 and 2/5/24 are subject to this recall.

Hazard:The ingredients noted above that are incorporated into the products have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
Action: Stop consuming the product immediately, destroy the product and contact Bergdorf Goodman Customer Care at 1.888.608.4491 and ask to be transferred to the Recall Department for a full refund, reference: Red Rocker Candy, Frosted Crunch Trail Mix recall.
